Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring, and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any thickness laid dry and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in path/ pavement/ hardstanding etc. finished even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured anti-skid outdoor full body vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 15mm thick conforming to IS 4457:2007 as in parking/footpath fixed with spacers over 6mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Johnson (Meteor series of Johnson Endura) or equivalent make of Somany / Kajaria / Orient Bell /Nitco

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, except interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 80 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 80 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, except interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed .

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates,kerbs, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding/ floor laid in alternative bays area not exc 9 sqm each and filling joints (10 mm wide and 30 mm deep )with sealing compound grade" B" and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete external surfaces such as parapet finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed .

Peparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex of Asian paint) of approved tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of new/old black top road surfaces and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beds using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160°C. Paint material shall be conforming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol III as laid down in specification of road /bridge work "third revision" complete all as specified and directed.
