Sub Estimate - M&R to Lote-Parshuram Industrial area... Reparing and Overhauling of transformers provided at RWW Walope & WTP at Lote and Rewinding of 33/0.433 KV, 63 KVA transformer installed at RWW Walope and replacement of damaged cable at WTP Lote.

Repairing, erecting, testing & commissioning of 33/3.3 KV, 1250 KVA 3, phase, 50c/s oil immersed and naturally cooled, outdoor type copper wound transformer comprising of the works as detailed below…... a) To & fro transportation of transformer from site to workshop. b) Dismantling, loading & Unloading of transformer at site including necessary crane, manpower etc. c) Unloading of transformer, opening of top cover, removal of core & coil assembly & allied work, removal of top Yoke lamination, removal of HV & LV windings, cleaning of all healthy parts, inspection of core for hot spot damages & repairs to core if required. Reassembly of HV & LV windings on core, refilling of top Yoke lamination, Brazing/Crimping & insulating the leads, oven drying of core & coil assembly in vacuum oven, oil soaking of transformer, clamping of oil soak core & coil assembly, tanking of core & coil assembly & allied works, assembly of terminal connections, assembly of accessories of transformer & filtration of oil under vacuum, assembly of transformer testing for all routine tests as per IS:2026, loading, erection & commissioning of transformer at site etc. complete. d) Providing new insulation for leads, for tap leads, interwinding connections, inter coil connections, cylinders, spacer blocks etc. e) Replacement of gaskets, oil seals with necessary hardware, consumable material, etc. f) Painting of internal wall of tank with 2 coats of hot oil resistant paint & external spray painting of transformer including OLTC & radiators with 2 coats of high glossy heat resistive paint of approved colour & shade. g) Supplying & fixing oil temperature indicator . h) Supplying & fixing Winding temperature Indicator. i) Supply oil for top up . j) Rebate for scrap hardware material etc shall be retained by us

Re-winding ,Repairing, erecting, testing & commissioning of 33/0.433 KV, 63 KVA , Damsa Vidyut make Sr. No.550 , 3 phase, 50c/s oil immersed and naturally cooled, outdoor type copper wound transformer comprising of the works as detailed below…. a) To & fro transportation of transformer from site to workshop. b) Dismantling, loading & Unloading of transformer at site including necessary crane, manpower etc. c) Unloading of transformer at manufacturer works . d) Dismantling of secondary Bushing ,HV Bushing, Inspection cover ,valves Raditors , Top Cover, All accessories etc . e) Removing of core coil assembly from tank. f) External & Internal inspection of transformer in inspection of transformer in presence of MIDC representative . g) Dismantling of All 3 Nos HV & LV Coil. h)Taking Data of winding for number of turns, size of conductor and spacers. i) Re-winding of all HV &LV windings using same copper conductor and new insultation material . j) Replacement of entire insultation material such as inter winding , winding to core , winding to frame and core to frame. k) Assembly of all windings and providing inter-winding insultation . l) Low voltage Testing of core & coil Assembly before connection . m) Providing new leads to HV , Tap winding with new cable connetions including brazing , crimping with new copper lugs and copper ferrules . n) Low voltage testing of core & coil Assembly after connection. o) Drying of core & coil assembly in electric oven . p) Replacement of all Gaskets , oil seals of the transformer . q) Re-tanking of core & coil Assembly i n tank and filling of oil in tankunder vacuum. r) Filling of Transformer oil under vacuum and filtration of oil in tank & OLTC. s) Supply of fresh Transformer oil . t) Painting of internal wall of tank with 2 coats of hot oil resistant paint & external spray painting of transformer including OLTC & radiators with 2 coats of high glossy heat resistive paint of approved colour & shade. u) Supplying & fixing oil temperature indicator . v) Supplying & fixing Winding temperature Indicator. w) Routine Testing of the Transformer as per IS 2026. x) Loading unloading of Transformer from manufacturer shop to Raw water pumping switchyard at Walope. y) Re - connection of HT cables & overhead connection by providing required materials on site with satisfactory commissioning of Transformer. z) Rebate for scrap hardware material , old oil etc shall be retained by us
