Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing suitably two rows of 100mm wide PVC Tape preferabley of red colour. The M.S. pipe shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading the hole shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect as directed by Employers Representative. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing, specification ,direction of Employers Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employers Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer's Representative.(Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).
Providing, Laying, jointing, testing, commissioning of HDPE Pipes for sewer lines conforming to IS:14333-1996 and laying and jointing as per IS:7634 (Part-II) as amended up to date using PE 100 grade raw material. Construction of House service connection Sewerage
Providing ,laying & jointing of sewer house service connection to individual housess from chamber inside the property to either road side chamber or street manhole .Works includes supply and delivery of plain ended with integral sockets plasticised polyvinylchloride (uPVC-SN-8) Pipes with ISI mark intended for underground (buried)_ non pressure gravity sewer applications conforming to IS:15328:2003 with latest amendments for different sizes and stiffness classes as per specifications including identification of location of existing chamber / sleeve.The pipes may be joined using elastomeric sealing rings.The elastomeric sealing rings required for jointing of ring tight uPVC Pipes and shall in aacordance with one of the types (Type 1 to Type 6) of IS 5382. Including excavation (in water mud or under foul condition, dismantling of all type of roads like BT, CC, Stone, Paver blocks (all thickness and sizes), and floors likes kota stone, tile, manhole etc. Or any other type of floooring as per site condition, dewatering, refilling, compaction and disposal of surplus earth / unserviceable materials with all lead and lift at suitable disposal site as directed by Employers Representative. Making conncetion of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors, with cement concrete. The uPVC specials like bends, tees, couplers,etc.) shall be provided as per site condition .All transportation,loading and unloading ,conveying to site,lowering ,laying and jointing of pipes ,75 mm thick sand/concrete bedding all around the pipe as per drawing and specifications shall be inclusive complete the work in all respect and as per specification and as directed by the Employers Representative .The PVC resin shall be of grade 67 ER 092 for S16.5 series ,SDR 34,SN-8.(CC Floor restoration shall be paid saparately )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications
