Operation & assistance for A-Shift: 12 no of manpower (01HSW/01SSW+03SSW+08USW) to be supplied in each shift to execute the job items under item no- 1 to 3 as detailed in scope of work attached separately.
Operation & assistance for B-Shift: 12 no of manpower (01HSW/01SSW+03SSW+08USW) to be supplied in each shift to execute the job items under item no- 1 to 3 as detailed in scope of work attached separately.
Operation & assistance for C-Shift: 12 no of manpower (01HSW/01SSW+03SSW+08USW) to be supplied in each shift to execute the job items under item no- 1 to 3 as detailed in scope of work attached separately.
Office cum Computer Assistance in Genera: The job involves rendering manpower assistance (not less than SSW) in General shifts to carry out the following activities. o Execute the computer & SAP related assignments day-wise. o Carrying out the up-keep of PLC work-stations, control room PC , printer, CCTV etc in CHP-II control room in co-ordination with C&I ,system deptt as and when asked by EIC. o Assisting execution of jobs/documentation under RAMCO/SAP & CHP-DMS system. o Carrying out various office related jobs as per the instruction of EIC o Record keeping of related official documents including day-wise collection and storing of measurement slips, official letters, PME records etc. o Assistance in maintaining ISO documents, Monthly Billing, Computer data entry & stores activities as per requirement. o Attending to official guests/ visitors in SFC & Co-ordination meetings etc. o Maintaining cleanliness of office premises & CHP-II Store. o Handling of material from central store to site office.
Housekeeping: 10 no of manpower (10 USW) to be supplied in G shift to execute the job items under item no-5 as detailed in scope of work attached separately.
Evacuation of settling pit (mechanized): Dust Extraction/suppression Systems in Crusher house of CHP-II (both system) run in all the three shifts and the discharges of both DE is passed through a settling tank/pit where the outlet is passed through different sections to settle the coal dust in the settling tank/pit and the outlet is clear water. There are two set of settling chambers with associated drains, one will be in service always. Once one set of the settling chambers is completely filled up with coal slurry, it is to be isolated and the other set of chambers which has been already cleaned / evacuated will be taken into service. The isolated tanks/pits are to be cleaned completely with all respect as early as possible as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. Cleaning Procedure: I. Before removing the slurry, water is to be drained /pumped-out from the settling tanks/pits and to be discharged to the drains as directed by Engineer- in #charge or his representative. Pumps and other attachments (as required) are to be arranged and operated by the party at his own risk and cost. II. The wet /semi-solid slurry is to be evacuated completely from the stand-by settling tanks/pits. The job shall be carried out by engaging machine (preferably long arm PC) and by engaging manual labor suitably to complete the job in time. III. The evacuated wet-coal-slurry / debris may be accumulated at adjacent areas of the settling pit sides for drying to the stage of semi-solid form and shall be transported to coal yard / reject yard as the case may be. IV. After transporting the coal dust/mud/slurry, the area near the tank/pit is to be cleaned properly by the party. V. Both set of settling chambers with drains are to be evacuated at least once in a month or as per requirement.
Coal transportation including settling: The spilled coal, debris & foreign / extraneous materials if any which could not be reclaimed back to the belt conveyor need to be piled up & to be transported back to the coal/ scrap yard. The spilled coal of the following areas will be covered under this scope. 1. Spilled / accumulated coal deposits around (GTU) & JHs under Area-B. 2. The evacuated / accumulated slurry/debris at crusher house-2 settling pit area. 3. Spilled/accumulated coal deposits under the conveyor galleries under Area-B. 4. Remove all scrapes entrapped in conveyors, crushers, vibrating screens, chutes, trippers, at bunker floor grills, drains around crusher house , as well as in CBMS, and accumulated at different floors ,Gallery sides , walkways and at any related work site are to be disposed off at sites as directed by EIC. Note-The contractor has to engage the motorized vehicle not less than the capacity of a tractor (03 m3 capacity)for removal of coal, dust, scraps and debris and to dispose it off at coal yard, designated scrap bins ,Vats as directed by EIC/his representative. The contractor has to take the necessary CISF gate entry permission ahead of commencement of job with a separate gang of workmen for timely loading, unloading & for safe disposal of debris /coal heaps.
