PROVN OF 01 x 3.15 MVA CAPACITY 33/11 KV TRANSFORMER ALONGWITH ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT NAGTALAO UNDER GE BANAR

Supply, installation, testing, & commissioning outdoor type Power transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA (3150 KVA) step down outdoor floor mounted, strip type Double copper wound 3 phase 50 cycles AC oil immersed ONAN having no load voltage ratio 33/11 KV, (corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connected to primary side ( HV side) and star connected to secondary side (LV side). In accordance to appropriate vector group with neutral brought out to separate insulated terminal bush for earthing provision and Off-load tap changer (OCTC) with range +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to very secondary voltage. The temperature rise shall not exceeding 50 degree C by thermometer in oil and 55 degree Celsius by resistance and transformer conforming to latest edition of IS 2026 all as directed and specified. The Manufacturer Lab must be NABL approved to ascertain genuine product quality. The following fittings and accessories including first fill of transformer oil & Transformer shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with two coats of expoxy paint as per IS -632 necessary mounting on PCC floor mounted type as per manufacturer's recommendations and specifications complete. Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics complete all as specified and Directed.

(b) Earthing terminals- 2 Nos for body earth & neutral earthing bushing terminal on transformer top cover (c ) Oil Conservator with Oil filling hole with plug and cap drain valve and magnetic oil level gauage, oil level indicator. (d) Sample valve/ Drain valve (e) 04 Nos Bi-directional plain/Flat rollers (f) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diapharm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator of space ( pressure relief valve). (g) Rating plate & Diagram Plate, Inspection cover, Terminal Making Plate , Thermometer Pocket. (h) Air Vent Plug / Air release Plug (j) Silica get Breather with connecting pipe with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal . (l) Cooling Radiators. m) Filter valve with threaded adopter at top and bottom (n) First Filling of new Transformer Oil with dielectric strength min 60 KV. (o) Double float Buchholz Relay with Contracts for Alarm & Trip Contacts (p) 150 mm dia Oil Temp indicator (OTI) having 0 to 120 C with maximum reading pointer resetting device and electrically opearted separate set of contacts and Trip. (q) 150 mm dia Winding Temperature indicator with Alarm & Trip Contacts . (r) Marshalling Box (s) Hand hole of sufficient size for access to the interior of tank. (t) Shut of valve between conservator and main tank. (u) Clamping device for clamping the transformer with foundation channel. . (v) Foundation channel for embedding in foundation (w) Extra bushing for neutral on LV side. (x) HV bushing with arcing horns on HV side ( 33 KV side).
