Supply, Laying and Commissioning of Pipes and Specials of Distribution System for Zone I

Excavating for trenches to lay pipes, including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottom etc with lift up to 1.5m and stacking the excavated earth 50 m clear from the edge of excavation and refilling the trenches after laying pipes, in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layer by ramming, watering, etc, complete them and disposal of surplus earth.

Supply ad Conveying PVC pipes and specials, solvent cement from the stacking place of work site, lowering into the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipe line to the line and levels and jointing the pipes and specials, testing the pipelines with water to the required test pressure including all hire and labour charges, cost of water and cost of all required specials for laying & commissioning of the pipe line

Earth work excavation in Hard soil and depositing on banks with initial lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming, sectioning of spoil bank, stacking the serviceable material not more measurement and disposal of un serviceable materials as directed etc complete For Valve chambers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard granite broken stone including all leads and lift watering curing etc. complete for ground floor .

RCC M 20 using 20mm broken stone for floor slab including form work, watering curing etc complete but excluding reinforcement.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,12mm thick one coat floted hard and troweled smooth etc. complete.

Supply and Conveying from stacks within initial lead 32 to 80 mm Sluice valve, 25-40 mm air valve, cleaning the ends /faces, dismantling and repacking the stuffing box, greasing the spindle etc complete checking the working of the valve, carefully lowering into trenches manually or by means of shear legs pulley blocks or such other mechanical devices, aligning the valves in position so as to be connected to the pipes and specials already laid or to be laid as the case may be, and keeping ready for jointing[jointing to be paid separately including hire for tools and other sundries etc complete (TC -2 for Valves).

Providing new house connections to the households including earth work excavation, taking connection from newly laid water main, laying house connection using 20 mm PVC pipes for an avg. length up to 5 m underground, and required length for connection providing meter chamber of Ferro-cement having size 0.6x 0.45 x 0.5 and 15mm ISI brass body water meter, PVC valve, saddle piece and providing 1 mtr. 63mm pvc 4 kg pipe for standpost etc. complete as per drawing, Including cost and conveyance of all materials.
