Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to Water Bound Macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared Surface of granualar base including cleaning of road surface and spraying prime at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using machanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base with paver finisher including mixing in a Hot Mix Plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade cross fall using Type-B seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 510. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and laying road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compoud 2.50 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 -2015 the finished surface to be clean, level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer in-charge
