Systematic maintenance of Railway siding at FSD Angamaly for the year 2022-23

1. Systematic maintenance of Railway track in the private Railway siding of FCI Angamaly as per the technical specifications para 3.0 to 3.9 of the siding maintenance agreement on annual programme basis.

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including chaining or any no. of Rails points and crossings and sleepers with fittings and fixtures ballast including aligning correction of cross-levels and packing (The required materials will be supplied by FCI at site of work free of cost) (after satisfying terms and conditions of class - 34 Vol.IV if any payment is admissible, then only the contractor will be entitled for the same). a) straight/curved track

Deep screening of the entire existing stone ballast to a depth of 250 mm below bottom of PSC sleepers upto the formation level duly following the procedure as given in Para 238(2), e,f of IR PWM para 6.3 of LMR manual/ under traffic condition and packing the entire muck away to make up/ under cess in screening and re-fixing the screened clean ballast back into track including lifting the track to the proposed L section to get a minimum cushion of 250 mm below the bottom of PSC sleepers including lifting of track to the required level, aligning, levelling and grading the track to approved longitudinal and traverse profile attending one round of packing as directed by EIC. Ordinary track.

Supplying stacking and fixing of wooden sleepers of size 250x150 mm and 3.6m to 5.0m length in points and crossings in the private railway siding of FCI Olavakkode(including transportation, loading and unloading to site) as per the railway specification made out of well seasoned hard wood & species having adequate sleeper index: Mahogany wood including applying two coats of antitermite paint etc.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.
