RequiredIf Bidder is an Authorized dealer, should furnish a valid authorization letter/Certificate from the OEM of OMICRON/ MEGGER/ ELTEL make TAN DELTA and CAPACITANCE Test kit.
RequiredIf Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from the OEM of OMICRON/ MEGGER/ ELTEL make TAN DELTA & CAPACITANCE Test kit, duly incorporating the tender notice details.
RequiredIn case dealer/supplier fails to furnish authorization letter/certificate from manufacturer of subject material,bid will be considered to regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt.Org/PSU,subject to satisfactory performance of recent execute POs of supply of tan delta &cpc kit for capacitance &power/dissipation factor measurement of T/F,bushings of 400kv Sw&T/Fyard & shall be at sole discretion of TGGENCO
RequiredCopies of orders executed or satisfactory performance certificates issued within the last 5 years (i.e., FY 2021-22, 22-23, 23-24, 24-25 &2025-26) for supply of TAN DELTA & CAPACITANCE Test kits (for transformers/bushings of 400KV Switchyard & Transformer yard) to power utilities/Govt. Org/ PSUs/ reputed private org,clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc,
RequiredThe bidder shall furnish the technical specifications of the offered material along with Make, Range, Typical Accuracy as mentioned in the bill of materials &any other specifications.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason.
