Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing Plastering with CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) in fine Sand 12 mm thick including raking out joints, cleaning the surface, curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Steel work in built up tubular Hot finished seamless type tubes (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) from Ground level up to plinath level etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Fixing of Pre-Painted galvalume trapezoidal profile roofing sheets with approved make with 0.5mm thickness, aluzinc coating AZ 150gsm, tensile strenth: 550Mpa paint coating: Regular modified polyster painting, painting thickness: (Top) 18 to 20 microns, bottom 5 to 7 microns sheet, width :1.02, length : Max 12m with regular range colours or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self taping screws of size(5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in Horizontal/vertical or curved surface, excluding the cost of steel, purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc., as required and as directed by the engineer in charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & selfdriven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile.The door frame to be fixed to the wall using 8 x100 mm long anchor fasteners complete, all as per manufacturer’s specification etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness . The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors for 2 track 2 panels sliding window with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pipe, nylon rollers with SS 304 body comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. All labour and materials.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour materials.

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Wall painting with two (2) coats premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Finishing walls with two or more coats with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicon additive of required shade for new work applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) of area 3 sq. metres and below including stacking within 50 metres lead etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. All labour and materials. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100 gram / sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with Building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All labour and materials. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)

Finishing with Epoxy paint on steel work (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc., as required and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.

Applying priming coat:with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel worksetc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
