Car door opening : As per IS 12. Drive : Variable voltage variablefrequency(V3F) 13 .Operation : Simplex full selective collective control withON/OFF switch 14. Construction of design and furnishing of car body work: Vandal proof Stainless steel(SS304,make:Tata/Jindal) finish cabinet with Scratch proof Stainless steel door(sheet minimum1mm thickness), Stainless steel mirror finish ceiling, Aluminium chequered plate 3mm minimum thickness anti skid flooring, fan with timer cutoff,push to talk, LED display, LED light, hand rails and floor announcement system.All buttons in car and all landings should have Braille sign. 15. Landing entrance :Automatic centre/Telescopic opening Vandal proof stainless steel sliding door as perISS with provision for mechanical opening key for emergency with full length multi beam infrared light curtains.The Upper half of the door shall have glass vision panel using laminated safety glass. 16. Call and position indicators :Up/down direction & position Dot Matrix LED indication shall be provided atall landings 17. Electric supply : 1) Light 230/50C/s single phase 2 wire system. 2)415V 50C/s 3 phase 4 wire system. 18. Infra red door opening system: To be providefor entire length of the door 19. Automatic Rescue Device :Provide automatic rescuedevice with an electronic controller powered by maintenance free batteries withcapacity for minimum four rescue operation at full load . The rescue operation shouldact within 10 seconds of power failure 20. Electric supply for testing and commissioning of lift isto be arranged by the firm on their own account. g) Intercom facilities with onemaster and two slaves h) Battery operated alarm i) Obtaining Scheme approval as well as License to operate the lift from the electrical Inspectorate including preparationof necessary drawing for the same. inclusive of necessary fee for 3 years to the Inspectorate andfirst year insurance as per new lift rule by the firm for which no refund will be madefrom the department j)Supply of book let with complete details of maintenance schedule and controldiagram. k) Giving training to department staff for attending trouble shooting 29.Guarantee: Company shall carry out free maintenance and service during warranty Period ie 3years from the date of handing over, which also includes a) Cleaning lift equipment b) Lubrication of all movingparts c) Replacing of lubricating oil when required d) Checking and adjustingcontacts e) Replacing fusible item alarm etc. f) Recharging batteries in case of drain/renewing batteries g ) Replacing /rewinding of all defective parts of the lift including rope,motors and V3F unit etc h) Attending breakdown call within 3hrs
