Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of requiredsize with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid forseparately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).Second class teak wood.30 mm thick shutters.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :35 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size Second class teak wood.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:Asbestos cement sheet .

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet confirming to IS277(2003) TATA/SAIL roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet confirming to IS14246(1995) Tata blue scope/JSW steel roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood .

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer’s specification. One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer’s specification. One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm .

Extra for providing heavy sheet float glass panes instead of ordinary float glass in glazed doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured).5.0 mm thick instead of 4 mm thick.

Providing and laying six courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first, third and fifth courses of blown or / and residual bitumen applied hot at 1.45, 1.20 and 1.70 kg per square metre of area respectively, second and fourth courses of roofing felt type 2 grade II (glass fibre base self finished bitumen felt) and sixth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per sqm including preparation of surface but excluding grading, complete.
