Improvement to Kalanaju MIP in G.Udayagiri Block of Kandhamal district under RRR for 2025-26

Clearing shrub jungles including uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m. girth based on pre-measurement including clearing the debris and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads & lifts including supply of all labour etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter-spread with boulders up to ½ cum. Size with all lifts and de-lifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads from the place of excavation complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Foundation)

Earth work in excavation in hard soil with all leads, lifts, and delifts to proper profile and required depth of cutting and depositing the excavated earth to proper embankment profile with all leads lifts and delifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.30M in depth and depositing the balance soil if any clear of work with all leads lifts and delifts etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished approved level section.1/6 th volume to be deducted towards settlement)

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in hard & gravelly soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. except all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished approved level section).

Filling of foundation and plinth in sand with all leads and lifts, delfts including watering and ramming in layers complete in all respect etc. completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, (excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod, GST) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & removing rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C./ C.C works including false work including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.(foundaton)

Providing & removing rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C./ C.C works including false work including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.(Wall & Fins)

Providing & removing rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C./ C.C works including false work including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.(RCC Slab)

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including lapping where necessary, cost of HYSD bars & binding wire with all leads, lifts for bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P & all taxes required for this item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & placing of 12mm thick Bituminous expansion joint board etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P materials required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, conveying and stacking at work site good quality moorum from approved quarry and spreading on the metaling surface not exceeding 10mm, watering and compaction with PRR and all leads, lifts and delifts laying in layers including cost, carriage & royalty of moorum and all labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old aprons and revetments and repacking with old stones with all labour and T&P materials required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and depositing the debris away from work site including all labour cost as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismetaling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3 m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries away from work site with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismetaling and removing of old cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m.lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying RCC Hume pipes (NP3) with collar, jointing with Cement mortar, twisted and coal tarred hemp yarn including caulking and filling with cement mortar (1:3) including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC Hume Pipe and including supply of all labour and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (600mm dia RCC Pipe)

Supplying and laying RCC Hume pipes (NP2) with collar, jointing with Cement mortar, twisted and coal tarred hemp yarn including caulking and filling with cement mortar (1:3) including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC Hume Pipe and including supply of all labour and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (150mm dia RCC Pipe)

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights & slope with hard stones other then granite of 30 cm. and above size in all direction (weighing 140 lbs / cft. & above) of approved quality and free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stones with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6th. volume will be deducted towards voids).

Filling of foundation with the excavated earth with all leads and lifts, delfts including watering and ramming in layers complete in all respect etc. completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the dam or dyke with approved quality of compacted dub grass with all leads & lifts including periodical watering with conveyance, collection of turf and supply of all labour and T&P materials required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including mobilization and demobilization with all incidental charges to finish the item of work and making arrangement for survival of the grass till its full growth. (Measurement is to be taken after full survival of turf on finished level section).

20mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) over the brick masonry work with cement punning for skirting work including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and all labour with T&P required for the items etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
