Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge / thickness in roof covering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting class 8 (zinc coating @ 275 gram per sqm inclusive of both sides) with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'J' or 'L' hooks including with washers as in roof covering, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete blocks or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n. exc. 4 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering and throating including necessary form work etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with galzing bars dovetailed or welded and including taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple to steel framed window & wire mesh door etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron or other section complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running railsand guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from old brick / stone masonry walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1 mm thick mild steel, plain black sheet as in hearths covering to door shutters, cut to size, edges beaded, holes punched including fixing with round headed rivetsand fixed to steel members etc. with plain 40mm lap joints including bending turning up, welded / rivetted, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection laid as to bays finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm sizes mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200 mm mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing mirror finish over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of kota stone slab not less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced.)

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of corrugated / plain sheets as in roof covering / walls over 10 cm girth or width by removal of existing treatment, rust etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds and moss and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of old steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of new surfaces, complete as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, including hacking out old broken glass (If any in any thickness, quality & size), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminum / copper point wiring on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS conduit with GI earth wire etc (for light, fan, socket or power) complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing house service bracket of any type, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Sub main wire / service cable including GI earth wire of any size, fixed in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing ceiling fan including electric wire & blades etc complete and deposit the same in MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED retrofit 'T' bulb 12 watts, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed flame retardant ( FR) cable of 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) with stranded copper conductor single core in and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 19 mm dia, clip, with MS terminal boxes (not less than 1 mm thick) factory made and painted with one coat of red oxide primer all around and two coats of black bituminous paint from out side and two coat of aluminum paint from in side including earth dolly with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make and colour including 1 sqmm green stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire with lugs complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- (a) One light point / bell point / fan point controlled by one way switch

(b) One 3 pin 5/6 amps socket out-let point on independent board controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

(c) One 3 pin 5/6 amps socket out-let point on same board controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 36 herein above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED 1x20 watt security light fitting , pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same with 25mm dia GI pipe light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electrical connection with three core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm upto ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 Part–I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 & pit cover, 75mm thick in RCC 1:2:4, type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways including with two Nos. lifting handle of MS round bar 10 mm dia and earth lead with and including GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia up to 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.
