Bidder should submit Test Report of Environmental and Climatic requirement (as per RDSO specification) issued by NABL certified lab for the offered model of VHF set along with the offer else offer submitted by the bidder shall be summarily rejected".
The bidders are requested to submit the mandatory regulatory certification i.e. MTCTE certification and WPC certification applicable to 25 Watt VHF radio,failing which their offer is liable to be passed over.
Procurement shall be done from the bidders who have supplied at least 20% of the tendered quantity for the tendered item to any Indian Railway production unit or Zonal Railways or any state or central govt. deptt., either through single or multiple Purchase orders, in the last three financial years and the current financial year up to the tender closing date. Firm shall submit documentary evidence as proof of execution of PO, such as copies of R.note/CRAC/CRN/completion report.
Procurement shall be done OEMs or authorized dealer/agents from (OEMs). Either OEM shall quote directly or OEM can authorize its dealer /agent to participate in this tender on its behalf. The authorized dealer/agent participating in the tender on the behalf of OEM shall submit tender specific authorization certificate issued by OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected
