(a) All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with local sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Dry Brick on flat soiling with bricks of class designation 75 with common burnt brick clay non modular bricks and filling the joints with local sand ect. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (a) 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, xcluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (A) 150 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

(b) 450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Dismantling of steel gate(main) and small gate including holdfasts etc. by manually/mechanical means/cutting by welding machine and same will be refix i/c all necessary asscessories which is required for refixing of stte gate in RCC coloumn and welding of missing/dammaged member etc. complete as per satisfaction and direction of EIC.
