Towers by Providing of 132KV D.C. Mono Poles & associated Materials alogwith other Materials & associated Works under E.T.D., Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Transportation of Materials for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :

(A) Supply :

(1) Fabrication, Galvanizing, Inspection & Supply of Following 132KV D.C. Mono Poles with Nuts - Bolts - Washers, Ladder etc. as per Approved Design :

(a) PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 27 Meter Height

(b) PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 21 Meter Height

(2) Conductor :

(1) Survey including Making of Location Route, Super Impoing the GPS Coordinates of Diverted Locations, Preparation of Profile, Tower / Mono Pole Schedule, Schedule of Materials. (1 Job per Location)

(2) Check Survey & Peg Marking of Tower Locations. (1 Job per Loc.)

(3) Providing & Fabrication of Barricades to Avoid any Accident during Excavation of Pits, Foundation Work, Back Filling etc. (1 Job per Barricade)

(4) Complete Foundation Work using M20 Grade Cement - Concrete - Coarse Sand Mixture in the Ratio of 1:1.5:3 with 20 mm Stone Metal including Excavation of Foundation Pits, Piling, Reinforcement Steel, Setting of Mono Pole Template, Fixing of Foundation Bolts etc. alongwith Dewatering, Shuttering, Forming, Curing, Back Filling, Levelling etc. for 132KV D.C. Mono Poles as per Details below :

(a) Concreting Work of PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 27 Meter Height (1 Job per Mono Pole)

(b) Concreting Work of PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 21 Meter Height (1 Job per Mono Pole)

(5) Transportation of Materials including Mono Poles, HTLS & Panther Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators, Polymer Insulator Strings, Hardware Fittings etc. from designated Sub Stations in Bareilly District (Approx. upto 40 Km Distance) to Line Site, Line Site to Line Site as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.

(6) Erection of 132KV D.C. Mono Poles including all Work above Ground Level with Proper Fixing & Tightening of all Bolts & Nuts alongwith Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate etc. but Excluding the Hoisting of Insulators, Fixing of Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc. as per Details below :

(a) Erection of PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 27 Meter Height (1 Job per Mono Pole)

(b) Erection of PC (30-60 degree) Mono Pole with Bottom X-Arm at 21 Meter Height (1 Job per Mono Pole)

(7) Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & Finally, Applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the Affected Surfaces. (1 Job per Mono Pole)

(8) Earthing Work including Earth Work etc. for Pipe type Earthing of Mono Poles including Cost of Coke, Salt etc., but Excluding Cost of Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set. (2 No. Earthing per Pole; 1 Job per Earthing)

(9) Construction of Machaan with the help of M.S. Pipe Scaffolding and Providing of Crane / Hydra to Lift the Conductors & Earth Wire during De-stringing of Conductors & Earth Wire and Re-Stringing of Conductor & Earth Wire. (1 Job per Mchaan)

(10) De-Stringing of Earth Wire between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Loc. No. 25B+5 of existing Lines on D.C. Towers. (1 Job per Section)

(11) Re-Stringing of Earth Wire between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Mono Pole No. 1, Mono Pole No. 1 to Mono Pole No. 2, Mono Pole No. 2 to Mono Pole No. 3, Mono Pole No. 3 to Tower Loc. 25B+5. (1 Job per Section)

(12) De-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors (ACSR Panther Conductor) between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Loc. No. 25B+5 of existing Lines on D.C. Towers. (1 Job per Section)

(13) Re-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors (ACSR Panther Conductor) between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Mono Pole No. 1, Mono Pole No. 1 to Mono Pole No. 2, Mono Pole No. 2 to Mono Pole No. 3, Mono Pole No. 3 to Tower Loc. 25B+5. (1 Job per Section)

(14) De-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors (HTLS Conductors) between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Loc. No. 25B+5 of existing Lines on D.C. Towers. (1 Job per Section)

(15) Re-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors (HTLS Conductors) between Tower Loc. No. 23C+0 to Mono Pole No. 1, Mono Pole No. 1 to Mono Pole No. 2, Mono Pole No. 2 to Mono Pole No. 3, Mono Pole No. 3 to Tower Loc. 25B+5. (1 Job per Section)

(16) Dismantling of 132KV ‘C’ type D.C. Tower at Loc. No. 24C+0 of existing 132KV Transmission Line including all associated Works above the Ground Level with Proper Opening of Bolts-Nuts-Washers, all Tower Parts including Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. and due Cutting of Tack Welding of Bolts-Nuts.

(17) Cutting of Stubs and Taking out the Chimney by Scrapping & Excavation of the Earth, then Removal of Scrap Materials & Levelling of the Earth to Make it suitable for Farming (1 Job per Stub / Chimney)

(18) Round the Clock Watch & Ward of the Line / Line Materials during Construction Work to Avoid Theft of Reinforcement Steel, Tower Parts, Conductors, Earth Wire, Insulators, Hardware Fittings, Accessories etc. (1 Job per Day)

(19) Transportation of old & dismantled Tower Parts, ACSR Panther Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators, Hardware Fittings etc. (Approx. 7 MT) from Line Site to 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj (Approx. upto 40 Km Distance) as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.
