OD283075/2025-2026 Providing and fixing pressed Steel windows and Ventilators made out of 16G (1.5mm) thick prime quality TATA Galvano Steel sheets using profiles 82 x 60 or 62x42mm for window frames welded or assembled with 75 mm stainless steel butt hinges, adjustable hold fasts, mortar guards, stainless steel Hooks Eyes,stay , aluminium beading with screws etc. and welded or assembled with MS Grill of Dia 12 mm rod @100mmC/C horizontally with 30x5 flat vertically per panel or as specified and inclusive of labour charges for fixing all window fittings duly filled with concrete mix etc , and applied with suitable primer and then painted with polyurethane paint of desired colour or applied with Powder coating.

OD283723/2025-2026 Providing and fixing pressed Steel doors, frame shall be single rebate grooved profile of size 125 x 65 mm made out of minimum 1.5 mm (16 gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self-tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with non-fire rated puff and the gaps shall be filled with backer rod & silicon sealant. Door leaf shall be 46 mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be 1.2 mm (18 gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4 mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf.

50.12.4.1 Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

21.5 Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ).

10.16.1 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

50.6.1.5 Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete
