Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Monosub 5000GPH X 40 MH alongwith allied electro-mech equipment at filtration Plant Marcholla. The pumping Machinery should conform to relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The job includes carriage/shifting of pumping machinery & allied material from stacking place to site of work on H/L & by M/T. Installation by way of providing/fitting of one small nipple of GI pipe with both ends threaded, fastening of one end with suction of pump & other end with strainer. Fabrication of stand of angle iron for resting of monosub. Then lowering of pumping assembly & GI column pipe into the well with help of chain pulley block. Providing /Fitting of sub cable 4 mm2–40 mtrs with proper thimbling/insulation. Providing /Fitting of nut/bolts, washers & sundry items. The Job also includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of monosub on load. Job also includes providing and fitting of Automatic control panel of 15 HP for operation of sub pump motor set mounted with safety devices such as single phase preventer, high voltage/low voltage, under load/overload protection at pumping station Beri Pattan. Job further includes providing and fitting of 200 Amp Main Switch at D/W Mawa Patrara by way of replacement of damaged Main Switch from the panel board after disconnecting of all the electric connections from LT fuse set of electric transformer and removal of damaged/burnt out main switch from panel board. Providing and fitting of new 200 Amp. 415 volt, 3 phase good quality main switch (H/DUTY) of HRC type of I.S.I make on the Panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts, bolts washers etc-01 no. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges & carriage charges at site .
