Excavation manually in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing 150mm bore CI/ DI water mains for drawing 150mm bore DI branch by inserting 150x150x150mm DI Tee, necessary CI/ DI specials including jointing, excavation and earth work, dewatering etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting existing 150/100mm bore CI/ DI water mains for drawing 100mm bore DI branch by inserting 150x150x100mm or 100x100x100mm DI Tee as required, necessary CI/ DI specials including jointing, excavation and earth work, dewatering etc. complete all as directed.

S&F cast iron double flanged non raising spindle sluice valves (Gates) 100mm dia of pressure rating PN 1.6, ISI marked (IS-14846) with gun metal rings (Bronze) and spindle nut in Bronze and spindle of stainless steel with hand wheel complete including jointing to water mains with necessary rubber insertion sheet, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 6 herein before but of size 150mm dia

Taking out from trenches, 150mm bore dia CI pipe lines (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends with lead joints etc. including taking out lead from joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work & excavation shall be measured & paid for separately

All as per Item No. 8 herein before but CI pipes of 100mm bore dia

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile iron spun pressure pipes (class K-7) 150mm bore dia with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (minimum 130 grams per square metre) and bitumen finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) suitable for push on rubber gasket joint (Tyton joint) laid in trenches or on pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 10 herein before but DI pipes of 100mm bore dia

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.05m x 1.05m (External dimensions), 1.05m deep with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 100mm thick foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 3mm thick MS sheet hinged cover fixed to ISA 40X40X6mm framework duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with provision of locking arrangement complete including necessary earth work & excavation as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 2,93,000.00
