Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L PCC 40 mm thick, type B-1, 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggreage as in levelling the undulated floor area all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes tiles all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces , finished fair and even .for receiving wall tiles.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 300 x 400/450 x 7 mm thick as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.
