Taking down cement plaster on brick work of any description including racking out joints and cleaning dust etc including removing rubbish material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying average 20mm thick plaster in two coats (10+10mm) with ready-mix pre-packed proportioned dry mix mortar, blended with PP fibres, mixed with liquid water proofing compound on top layer on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives on external surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, scaffolding etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm thick and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces over new plastered surface on wall / ceiling / chajjas after preparation of surface and applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer with roller including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 10-0% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajjas by scrapping with true care wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paints etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying Two or more coats of 10-0% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Notes for all Painting and Water Proofing Items :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work:- (a) All the painting works and water proofing works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised applicator as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (b) Contractor shall deposit entire qty of materials (Proprietary material) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engr-in-charge/ office-in-charge of unit. (c) The material as required shall be issued to contractor by JE / Engr-in-charge on daily basis and the empty container / bags shall be deposited in the store of Engr-in-charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufactures, (d) After completion of the painting works contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets / stain of paint left on the glass floor, glass and joinery.
