UV TREATMENT PLANT :- Providing & installation of High Efficiency and Low Pressure UV Lamps, arranged concentrically and easily removable for various capacities of WTP with required operational flow. The system should have minimum lamp life of 14000 Hrs with calibrated UV intensity monitoring system of reference sensor quality. It should be microprocessor based control system with touch screen graphics abd automatic wiping system. The system should have optiDetect-quartz sleeve breakage detection and variable power output (Optidose) with minimum UV dose of 80mJ/cm2 MS-2 RED UVDGM and UV Transmittance should not be less than 85% and Turbidity handling should be minimum 10 NTU. Sluice valve, CI -Y type strainers, Bends, flanges, Rubber Gasket, Nuts &Boult, 3 Core insulated wire/ cable, Cable trays,welding for fixture & fittings (MS Angle, Plate cutting,etc). Servo stablizer of required KVA.Transporation and Labour Charges. Erection and Commissioning of all the plant equipments, mechanical and electrical items with all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge .The system should have all compliance like Certificate : ONORM M5873-1 and UV Sensor: SO 20101. It should have approval from CE and EMC approved - surpasses prevailing industrial standards complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions and entire to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Refer Date Sheet-6)

Gaseous Chlorination alongwith Prefabricated Structure :- Supplying,errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination plant at various locations complete in all respect having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No sets of 1W+1S Booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 No sets of 1W+1S water piping from water main to booster pump . The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor.
