Electrical works

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following post top pole including wiring up of light point from lighting control panel/light pole with all accessories cables(4Cx 10 sq.mm XLPE armoured aluminium cable/ FRLS Copper cable of suitable size),glanding and termination, dressing of cables using cable gland, cable lug, ferrule, cable tag, earthing of post top pole with copper bonded earth electrode (25mm X 2000mm) with all accessories consumables etc complete. The cable shall be drawn through PVC Conduit of ISO grade on walls / through Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (as per site requirement) (Conforming to IS14930) in soil, directly buried in ground, with all necessary protection, warning tapes including excavation, laying of duct in soil, back filling complete in all respect.4M HEIGHT ARCHITECTURAL CAST IRON BASED POST TOP POLE WITH SINGLE ARM BRACKET. Decorative pole Made in combination of Hot dip galvanised mild steel pipe sections. Inside & outside covered by Architectural Cast Iron Base & 3nos. of Decorative Cast Iron Columns as per drawings. All the columns in fine finish,are made of cast iron. Entire pole including all the cast iron parts shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. After Fabrication Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized(70 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance . The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix 32A connectors and 6A MCB, at the bottom- the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedestal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel base plate along with foundation bolts (SS) of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. The pole shall be able to withstand the wind speed of 150 KM/ hour.The wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design.
