Note : 1) Suitable quantity of Common / Regular EI materials like wires, Pipes, modular type switches, sockets, MCB of different ratings, modular type switch boards etc. should be stored at site by the Agency in advance with his own responsibility to overcome emergency situations. 2) Works through requisition (i.e, Regular work) should be started within 16 hrs & the emergency breakdown works should be started within 4 hrs with requisite manpower after getting the information either from site or from office. Each individual work must be completed with minimum executing time as per site requirement. 3) The Agency must submit the details of communicating person in this regard along with his Mobile number & Email id.
