Dismantling of Old unserviceable main mast on parade ground using hydraulic power Crain and necessary arrangement including all steel ropes, base plate, and clamps, system for raising, lowering of flag etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fabrication of Steel work in tubular (tapering) flag mast including special shaped washer, cleats, etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) For design and fabrication of mast, the height and other dimension of existing mast shall be followed. The sketch of existing mast is enclosed for reference. However the bidders are requested to visit the site for accustomed themself for the design requirements. (ii) The new mast shall be fixed on the existing base plate of existing RCC foundation. (iii) The structural design and drawing of flag mast including fixing details of mast to existing foundation block duly vetted by CUSAT or any other Govt Engineering college shall be submitted and shall got approved from GE before commencement of work at site. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the expenditure for the same.

S&F for Steel wire rope of dia not less than 50mm of grade SS 316 for anchoring of Main mast on parade ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Brass pulley of any size / dia including necessary welding to fix the pulley to mast complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, barbed iron doors etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel structural steel work in plates, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment and riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. conforming with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer at any height all as specified and as directed.

Erection (only) of new Main mast over concrete base on parade ground with using hydraulic power Crain and necessary arrangement including cutting, welding, grinding, etc with all safety measure of men and equipment complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete for foundation, floors etc including removal of all demolished material to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix RMC) M-30 grade for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs of main mast etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.13 above but for bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M&L for Hard-core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast PCC block masonry / brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type-C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and nosing to edge/corners laid over 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and nosing to edge/corners over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work such as MS pipe framed work, doors, gates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fabricate and fixing stainless steel pipe of outer dia 50 mm and thickness not less than 3.7 mm of grade SS 316 as in guard poles/railing including polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 50mm dia balls made with stainless steel of grade SS 316, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fabricate and fixing stainless steel pipe of outer dia 25 mm and thickness not less than 2.9 mm of grade SS 316 as in guard poles/railing including polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless Steel chain with rings of size approved by Engr-in-Charge and hanged to the hooks of SS balusters, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, laying or fixing or passing through pipe commissioning, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm including suitable size lugs, thimbles including taking down old cable complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply, laying or fixing or passing through pipe commissioning, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 2 core 10 sqmm including suitable size lugs, thimbles including taking down old cable complete all as specified and as directed.. Note for item no.24 & 25 :- (i)Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii)The quoted rate for item No.24 & 25 shall be deemed to be inclusive of dismantling / taking down PVC XLPE electric cable from the existing position. The dismantled cable will be issued under schedule of credit

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable distribution board along with all MCCB & MCB complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermoplastic socket distribution board wall mounting type of size : 690 X 505 X 320mm environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, ingress protection of enclosure is IP65 in accordance with IEC60529, (Since the IP rating of switch gear is IP54, total IP rating of the system shall be considered as IP54) for better safety the polycarbonate enclosure is fire retardant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2 tested at Glow wire test for 960 degree centigrade comprising the following:- Incomer – 63 Amps 4P 25KA MCCB -1No. Outgoing - 6/16A domestic socket with switch – 5Nos.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for laying XLPE cable and getting out in any type of soil.

M & L for River sand filling in trenches for cushioning of UG cables punning after filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for brick well burnt sub class 'B' laid dry flat (width of protection being equal to length of brick) and abutting a gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm over UG cable for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 40mm dia under road crossing for protection of cable including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 90 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling in layers nexc 25cm thick, watering, well ramming in layers and top layer using 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 50mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/sqcm laid in trenches for protection of XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 85 Watt RGB (02 Nos) Aluminium die-cast, IP66 Protection, high light output and performance for façade and monument lighting, with all accessories like DMS Controller, Driver, Connector etc Make Wipro, (Model – ARCUS flood light) part No LF27-901-040-30-XX. Note: The existing LED flood light (02 Nos) to be deposited to MES store yard.

Supply and laying, 4 Sqmm, 3 Core PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 in duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs etc including taking down of old one, all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED strip IP20 non integral flexible LED strip (RGB) light of approved colour and fixing with necessary aluminium profile with fitting covered with acrylic cover complete testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.
