Comprehensive operation and maintenance service of ETP, STP, WTP and Firefighting System of the Superspeciality Block at NBMC AND H, Sushrutanagar, Darjeeling for 2026 27. NIT/11/26-27

Day-to-day round the clock OPERATION of (i) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 185 KLD (ii) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of capacity 20 KLD with automatic system (iii) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) of capacity 3 KL/H including operation of feeder pumps, valves etc., water distribution and frequent sample collection and testing for potability (iv) Fire Fighting System including round the clock Standby, operation when necessary and perform Mock Drill every fortnight, frequent sample collection and testing AND preventive and breakdown MAINTENANCE of all treatment plants, pumps, relevant panel boards and firefighting system, Servicing and Overhauling of all the treatment units, Routine checking and maintenance of all valves, supply & distribution pipelines, water tanks, fire hoses, hydrants, sprinklers for damage or leakage including supply of all chemicals, fuel and all other consumables for the treatment plants and pumps, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all costs and applicable taxes. .
