Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rubber moulded prepolished coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (in any shape) , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of UG cable with river bed sand laid dry in trenches before and after laying of cable, including well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 125KVA (100KW) 415 volt, 0.8 PF at NTP, mounted on common base frame, coupled, 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from Engine to outside of power house upto 1.00 mtr, AVM pad with and sound proof canopy foundation as per manufacturer's design, Battery start with suitable cables for conntecting from DG Set to panel board ,and including with the following . Make of Engine- Catterpiller/Jackson/Cummins/Sudhir

(a) PRIMER MOVER Vertical Diesel Engine of suitable capacity water cooled (radiator mounted), closed circuit as per BS 649 or IS 10002/1002 direct injection type turbo charge electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hrs as per BS 5514/BS 649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturers recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings :-

(i) Fly wheel with housing

(ii) Air cleaner - Oil bath type.

(iii)Corrosion resistors

(iv) Fuel filter, Oil filter

(v) Common Diesl injection system with electronic governer.

(vi) Oil cooler and pumps as applicable

(vii) Radiators fan belt.

(viii)Water pump assembly including thermostat etc.

(ix) Silencer with buffers or expansion joints, tail piece duly insulated with asbestos lagging and sufficiently extended to carry exhaust outside the power house building/room.

(x) Engine protection device against low lubricant oil pressure, high oil temperature, over speeding of engine RPM cum hour meter

(xi) Digital hour meter, RPM meter, Water tempt meter, Oil pressure gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge and oil temperature gauge.

(xii ) Battery charging ammeter.

(xvi) Anti vibration pads of required numbers.

(b) ALTERNATOR : Alternator rating 125 KVA (100 KW) , 3 phase 50 Cycles, 415 Volts 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 PF running at the rate of 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated mounted on a strong fabricted steel frame suitable for mounting on permanent foundation to be coupled with the above engine. The alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or IS-4722 alongwith self regulated AVR system. Make: Crompton/ Stamford/Catterpiller

(c) CONTROL PANEL : Alternator control panel floor mounted, cubical type with internal cooper wiring for125 KVA Alternator, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, fabricated lout of 1.6 mm thick MSW sheet, painted externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including following accessories :-

(c ) Digital Frequency meter - 01 No

(d) Digital KW and KWH meter - 01 No

(e) MCCB 200 Amp 35 KA four pole ICS=100% / cu - 01 No (for incoming)

(f) Set of copper bus bar of suitable capacity.

(g) Set of indicator lamps.

(D) OTHER FITTINGS. :-

(i) Control copper cable from alternator panel to relay panel as per manufacturer recommendations.

(a) Battery charger. Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifiers, capacitors and resistors etc.

The battery charger should be able to charge the charge the battery at all the times whenever electric supply given to the battery charger through control panel or electric power point.

(b) Fuel Tank :- Fuel tank made of MS sheet of not less than 4 mm thick having 4 legs made of 50x50x6mm angle iron each 3 set long having suitable capacity as per manufactures instructions capable to store 12 hrs running of DG Sets including GI fuel pipe of suitable size from tank to DG set and armoured flexible pipe connecting upto fuel pump incl oil level indicating gauge, drain and air vent plug etc all as directed at site.

(c ) Acoustic Enclosure : DG set shall be fitted with acoustic enclosure suitable for125 KVA (100 KW) as per manufacture's and comfirming to latest CPCB Norms. Aqoustic enclosure shall comply the revised noise limit of less than 75 db for DG set vide GSR 371 (E) dated 17 May 2002 and its amendments under enviroment and forest. The contractor shall produces a copy of approved certificate to authenticate and above from the OEM/OEA.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip of 32x6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including testing on completion all as specified and directed. incl demolition to existing one complete. NOTE 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe 40 mm dia and GI strip 32x6 mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

S&F earth Continuity conductor or main Earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recesss or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earting etc of size 32mmx6mm galvanised earth strip all as specified and directed( Beyond 7.5 mtrs length shell be measured & paid in this item)

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminiium conductor, 1100 volts cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 Core all as directed incl lugs thimbles and gun metal cable glands and heat shrinkable PVC sleeves on exposed surfaces and tuflon tape duly insulated complete.

S&F GI pipe 100mm light grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches fro protection of Cable complete all as specified and directed.
