REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/ MAINT AND SERVICING PARTS OF AC PLANTS AND ALLIED WORKS AT SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT AF STATION JODHPUR

M & L for Descaling the condenser by descaling compound / hydrochloric acid by soaking method,disconnecting condensor from the system by taking out nuts, bolts, studs, valves and MS/GI pipe line from both side cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush,flushing with alkaline solution,connecting back both side cover including replacingleather gasket 4 mm thick for following capacities of condensers suitable for AC Plant installed as indicated below complete all as specified and directed and all as per manufacturers instruction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) chiller unit cap 80 TR

b)Ditto all as per Ser item No 1.00 above but chiller unit cap 65 TR

c)Ditto all as per Ser item No 1.00 above but chiller unit cap 25 TR

Supply only refrigerant R-407c Gas complete all as specified and directed

Supply only refrigerant R-134A Gas complete all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of thermostatic expansion valve suitable for water cooled scroll chiller unit cap 25 TR all as per sample, including brazing at both ends all as required and directed.

M&L for replacement of thermostatic expansion valve suitable for water cooled scroll chiller unit cap 65 TR all as per sample, including brazing at both ends all as required and directed.

M & L for replacement of HP/LP cut out switch suitable for scroll compressor cap up to 25 TR all as per specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of chilled water sensor complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for finding out the leakage with the pressure test of water chiller Plants scroll type capacity up to 65 TRx 3 and 80TRx3 units complete plant , identifing gas and oil leakage and removing the same and Leak repairing by brazing/flaring and flushing the sysytem by nitrogen gas and pressure testing for leakage and rectified and after rectification vacumacation, pressure testing, and gas charging R-407c for achieve desire pressure and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Gas charging required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
