Supply and delivery of Compactor Bins Galvanized sheet material bin of capacity 1100 liters as per the following specifications. A) Capacity: 1100 liters painted standard bins B) Body Design :- The Bins shall be fabricated of Galvanized sheet material with suitable forming to give proper strength to the container. The MS Galvanized sheet materials shall be of bottom and sides sheets of 2.5mm thickness. The MS Galvanized sheet material shall be of top door 18 guage. The bins shall be provided with front striker plates and wheel bracket to avoid damage. Water drainage shall be provided at the bottom for easy cleaning The shall be painted of enamel standards. The shall be painted of enamel paint of 2 coats. C) Measurements:-Overall Height:1250mm width length (with lift hocks) 1360mm Width length (with lift hocks) 1210 mm. side width:1040mm. D) The bins shall have 4 wheels made of one piece fibre of 200mm dia and shall have swivelling through 360 degree. The wheels shall be resistant to corrosion.weight 145 kgs +- 5% (Excluding of all taxes).
