Attending leakage of SF6 Gas from 245KV SF6 Circuit Breaker SIEMENS Make of 220KV Bareilly-Pilibhit Circuit-I Bay Installed at 400KV Sub-Station Bareilly. Work consists of:

Dismantling of Pole of B-phase of 220KV Bareilly - Pilibhit Circuit I installed at 400KV Sub-station Bareilly for attending gas leakage. The job includes erection of the same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour, T&P etc required for execution of the work.

Inspection & rectification of gas leakage of 245KV SF6 Circuit Breaker SIEMENS Make of 220KV Bareilly - Pilibhit Circuit-1 Bay Installed at 400KV Sub-Station Bareilly. The job includes extraction of all SF6 Gas from the Pole with the help of DILO machine, opening of pole assembly of B-Phase Pole from upper & lower terminal flanges, cleaning of all grooves of flanges & porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad & acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-rings of the pole & then evacuation of pole up to 760mm Hg. After testing of vacuum for 12hrs. satisfactorily result refilling of SF6 Gas from DILO machine to the Pole up to required level. Testing & checking operation of CB from local & remote. All materials, T&P except SF6 Gas required for completion of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
