Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement or cement lime mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ terrazzo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removal all rubbish material outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary Formwork, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching & including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement & including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made steel windows conforming to IS-1038 with side hung shutters including projection type hinges with 2 Nos MS 100mm size tower bolt over MS flat iron for each openable leaf & Z section handles & steel pag stay complete (with glazing bars), dovetailed or welded including fixing of lugs in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate & making good walls & cills to match the existing and including one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass/SS or MS cloth wire shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.
