Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs.13.50 lakhs(unconditional loc)

Attested copy of the Income Tax return filed by the Service Provider for the last Three years (financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25) in the Income Tax Department and the clearances

Details of the Service Provider in the Format at Annexure A

Attested copy of the Certificate of registration in the Labour Department, Provident Fund and ESI, GST, registration certificate. (Mandatory)

Anti-collusion and self declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in Appendix F and F1

Company should be ISO-9001 Certified for manpower supply
