Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etcetra in earth work in all kinds of clasification of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lifts upto any height, stacking the excavated soil upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in fifteen centimetre thick layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect..

Filling in plith with sand under floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) mechanically mixed excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth: within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 ( M-Twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work . The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer -In-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code upto floor all floor level within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code in mouldings as in cornices windows sills etc.upto floor all floor level including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
