Providing and fixing Precoated Galvalume plain sheets (size, shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS1397, coating classAZ150 (min. 150 gsm/m2 zinc - aluminum alloy coating mass, total on both sides), 550 Mpa yield strength. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

(Only Open area covered by sheeting will be measured considering overlapping of minimum 150mm.)

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter. The rates are inclusive of coupler, bends, shoe, holding clips etc. complete

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required including removal of existing damage chainlink fencing if any. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Providing and fixing 80cm overall trapezoidal 2mm thick Aluminium gutter as per existing gutter section, with MS (GI) brackets 40x5mm/50x5mm size, including bending, cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position with bolts, nuts and washers etc. all complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as directed by engineer.

ROAD WORK

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required on bituminous portion

Excavation in earth including soft rock such as murrum up to 1:5 Meter depth and refilling the same after laying/replacing or removing pipes and disposal of the debris/surplus earth. cutting roads/ pavements

Carriage of excavated earth/rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and carting away up to Municipal Dumping Ground.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Soling 225 Thk :- Supplying, providing, and laying 225mm size trap stone Quarry rubble duly hand packed in compact layer at work site for soling to required camber and gradient including filling in the interstices with stone chips, spalls and oversize metal, etc. complete. Spreading approved hard murum or soil collected/stacked during excavation, over the top of soling or oversize metal or size metal including watering, consolidation of soling (with oversize metal and hard murum) by 8-10 tonne roller until proper interlocking etc. complete.

Water Bound Macadam 120mm Thk- Supplying, laying, spreading and compacing stone aggregate of 90 mm to 45mm size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform consolidated depth of 120 mm thick, hand packing , rolling with 3 wheeled road /vibrating roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening. binding material to fill up interstices of coarse agrregate watering and compacting to the required density as per standard specification and as directed by engineer.

Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Tack coat on WBM- Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating bitumen, spraying the bitumen with hand/ mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on WBM /existing road@ 0.75 Kg/Sqm, etc. all complete as directed.

Bituminous Macadam 75mm Thk-Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface ( on WBM) with 75mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of 60/70 grade@ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) with graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base /binder course including loading of aggregate with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to pavers and laying the mixed material with pavers finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers 8-12Tonnes as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired density and compaction directed by Engineer.

Tack coat on BM- Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating bitumen, spraying the bitumen with hand/ mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on WBM /existing road@ 0.50 Kg/Sqm, etc. all complete as directed.

Asphalting Concrete 50mm Thk - Providing and laying Bituminous concrete on prepared surface ( on Bituminous Macadam) 40mm/50mm compacted average thickness with bitumen of 60/70 grade@ 5.5% and lime@ 3 %(percentage by weight of total mix) with stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E. loader, hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with 8-12Tonnes as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired density and compaction as directed by engineer.

Providing and applying 2-2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. ( Machine will be provided by MDL if available)

PAVER BLOCKS : Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.200x100x60mm

KERB STONE : Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).
