M&L for dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as spd and directed

S&F Galvanised, corrugatedmild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap,fixed with coach screwsand washers, in roofs, wallsetc. with grade of zinccoating 275 as specified and directed by engg - in- charge.fixed with L-type or J-type orcranked hook bolts in lieu ofscrews as specified and directed by engg - in- charge.

M&L for brick work with brick old bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floorings/pavement spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick complete including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block colour glessy finished rubber pressed any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade ® with Grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequred cement concrete tiles colour glessy finished rubber pressed 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured pigment over 20mm cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete tybe B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in floor finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises.

M&L joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finish and on surface of wallls behind tiles in CM (1:6) as specifed and directed.

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/skirting/ dado of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M&L applying 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/ concrete surfaces of int. walls finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of int. walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emlusion complete all as specified and directed by by engg - in- charge.

M&L preparing of old plastered surface of int. walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emlusion complete all as specified and directed by by engg - in- charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surface inc steel gates, grills, trusses at any height, channels, griders,north light curves framing, welded mesh etc over 10cm in width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint paint all as specifed and directed by engg in charge.

M&L for preparartion of old wodden surface of any description over 10cm width grith and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint as directed by engg-in-charge

Hacking out old broken glass any size thickness from steel frame including removing MS cleats punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs etc all as specified.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square nexc 0.50 sqm each pane

S&F in repair mild steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire stples.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
