OD345373/2025-2026:Supply,erection,testcharging, trial run and commissioning of CF pump set with the following specification - 1. Pump - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make centrifugal pump sets with Bronze/SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable types factory made base plate with pin and bush coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts and nuts etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of material etc. complete. Discharge - 857 LPS, operating head - 19 m, with one standby.with an efficiency not less than 70%, Suction head ? positive suction, 2. Supply and delivery of empanelled make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of the below specified motor rating with Class 'F' insulation with the temperature rise limit as applicable for Class B insulation, suitable for pump working at synchronous speed of 1000 rpm, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply,duty condition -S1, working voltage 3.3kV . The motor shall conform to IE3 grade and IS 12615 (upto date revision and amendments). Motors shall be provided with PT 100 simplex type RTD's for winding temperature sensing (for indication, alarm and trip) and PT 100 Duplex type bearing RTDs for both bearings for trip, reading bearing temperature meter and space heaters with independent terminal box. Rates for the following motor ratings shall be provided. , including providing suitable concrete foundation, including cost of materials etc. complete. Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors using pin & bush. 3. Flux compensated magnetic amplifier ( FCMA ) starter with neutral side type, , 14 SWG sheet clad IP 54 rated dust and vermin proof floor mounting, free standing cubicle type fully automatic motor control panel suitable for operation on 3 phase, 6.6/3.3kV Ac supply. The starting current shall be limited to 3 times of full load current of the motor. The starter is accompanied with following components, One number air cooled flux compensated magnetic amplifier unit, one number 3 pole 6.6/3.3 kV 630A LBS with HRC fuse , One set 6.6/3.3kV 400A 3P main vacuum contractor and 1 number 2P 400A bypass vacuum contactor, One number potential transformer with necessary primary and secondary fuse, One number control transformer for content control supply, One set current transformer for measuring current in each phase and neutral for metering, One set current transformer for protection circuit, One set timer for bypass and supervisory,. One Motor protection relay MM30/MPro 200 or equivalent, One set of RYB indication lamp, ON OFF, emergency push button with Trip indication , One set of Space heater with control switch and thermostat. One number Hour meter (Analog Type) for counting running time, Providing for power capacitor with HRC fuse for PF correction One set cable box with gland plate shall have sufficient space for termination incoming and outgoing cables.One number auxiliary relay trip on fault annunciation conforming to relevant IS, Bus bar should be made of aluminium conforming to relevant IS, with a minimum capacity of the current rating of the vacuum contactor One set of surge suppressor unit.NB: Feeder VCB cannot be used as a part of the starter The starter is comapatable with SCADA operation and remort loging the all parameters 4. Cabling - Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE Aluminium cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation. 5. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe /plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards. 6. Capacitor - Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power above 0.99. Capacitor should be connected to external contactor, and the capacitor shall confirm to IS 28348. 7.Valves and Pressure gauges ? Supply, Erection and commissioning of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged PN 1.6 Sluice Valve with electrical actuator (capable of operating in Fully, Semiautomatic modes and also in manual mode), PN 1.6 Non Return Valve and Pressure Gauges with suitable Pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. 8. Suction and delivery pipe connection - Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe of shell thickness not less than 10 mm for a total of 10 m. suitable for the above pump set and connecting the suction pipe.

14.72:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .
