Repairs /Cleaning to sewage line ,manholes,septic tank and soakage wells at DSC centre cannanore.

Cleaning of existing manhole of overall internal capacity not exec 0.5cum by removing sludge by mechanical pumping or any means without damaging the structure and disposing off the removed material safely away from site all as directed.

Cleaning/ clearing of sewage lines, including CI/PVC stacks, gully traps, floor traps, under ground lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from drain/drain pipe up to and including 250mm dia by rodding from manholes and flushing with water after cleaning sludges water including taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning . sewage lines cleared/cleaned under this item is to be maintained and kept fully functional by removing any type of blockage till the date of completion of work . Contractor will engage a sweeper cum sewege drain attendent daily from the date of commencement of work till completion of the work in the office of Engr-in-charge to attend the sewage related complaints as directed by Engr-in-charge. The cost of labour shall deemed to be included in the item. The rates quoted above shall also be included the following:- (a) cleaning and clearing/disposing off all the sludge/ sewage contaminated water in solid / semi solid / liquid state from sewage lines etc as detailed in above will be carried out during the 1st 3 months from the date of commencement of work order N0.1 and there after shall be maintained for blockage free and smooth functioning of all the sewage lines and related sewage items as detailed above for a period of upto the date of completion of contract. Engagement of a sweeper cum sewage drain attendent along with T&P required on daily basis for a period of 9 months for attending the daily at sewage related complaints. The complaints shall be collected daily at 0900 hours from the office of Engr-in-charge and shall be got signed from the unit JCO/NCO for OTM accn and user occupant of married accn after clearing the complaints and slips shall be got signed from the JE concerned daily after the satisfactory completion of each complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending/unattented for a period of 24 hours. any damage to man hole covers, gully tarp covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes/fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning/clearing shall be made good by the contaractor without any extra cost to the Govt (i.e., replacement cost including material cost of item shall be born by the contractor).

Cleaning of septic tank of capacity 10 users by removing septic tank cover, pumping out water, sludge and sediments by mechanical means, transporting the water, sludge, sediments etc; in covered trucks/carts and burried in pits as directed including necessary excavation in hard / dense soil , refill and disposal of surplus soil etc complete, cleaning of septic tank with water, placing back the cover intact, removing of bush, vegetations and other growth nearby septic tank to an extend of 3m all around, all as directed.

All as per item No 3 here in before but septic tank of capacity 25 users all as directed.

All as per item No 29 here in before but septic tank of capacity 100 users all as directed. Note for item No 3 to 6 : The quoted rate includes for keeping particular septic tank functional upto the contract period.

Demolition of brick or laterite stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar, including all quioins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article and removing rubbish out side MD landall as directed.

M&L for laterite stone masonry, squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded and solidly hearted , built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here in before but except laterite stone all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable laterite/brick obtained from item No 7 shall be reused.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, stops of manholes, coping etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 160mm ball as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed drain pipes, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipes upto 150 mm and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipe 160mm bore single socketed with solvent cement joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here in before but 110mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying 3coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form works all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole/drain cover slab etc; set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.
