Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for door/structural steel work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Structural steel work including door gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast concrete articles /Precast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition reinforcment cement concrete of any discription , any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and of any thickness on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) in repaired complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no 7 above but restraining resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, brackets, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 4mm dia chain link fencing 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Running welding thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in coping set in cm ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on any masonary surface, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted in one or more tints and patteren as approved, on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall complete all in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of cement base paint white or tinted on old painted wall surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 22 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions square ,ractangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25(using 40mm graded aggregates) as Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 28 above but as in Columns ,pillars ,piers posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 above but as in Beams ,Cantilevers bressummers ,lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Round mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe410-W Gde E-250 quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one head and rounded the other or screwed both end screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 05 cm n exc 10 cm long dia of shank 05 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
