Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors ,aprons etc and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in over area in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shade of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-35 grade laid over & including cleaned dry sand cushion bed 50mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shade of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade laid over & including cleaned dry sand cushion bed 50mm thick deposited, spread and levelled, watered and rammed to a true surface, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course,kerb/benching/coping /window cill etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) mix, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in path,berm etc., finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 100mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L antifungal chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX 30cm X 22 to 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Vetrified light shed coloured floor tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) mix, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in flooring, path,berm etc., finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide,50mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ,type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,drain cover slab,man hole cover etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement & form work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Use and waste of form work to sides of soffit of suspended slab such as roof slab ,floor slab ,landing and similar work , not exceeding 200 mm thick for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 08 mm dia and over grade Fe -500 , as in reinforcement, spacers & binders ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks ,straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks ,straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc as in drain ,manholes etc., complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work except bricks using old serveciable bricks ,straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc as in drain ,manholes etc., complete all as specified & directed. Note: Bricks retrived from item No. 21 here-in-before of BOQ.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash on new wall surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe ,class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Concrete bed to 300 mm bore pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for 250 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe ,class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars in trenches including demolition & breaking up drain pipe and removal of debris to low laying area complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for half brick thick Brick work using fly ash bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, etc (inner girth only to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm -ditto-

Taking down cement plaster of brick or stone masonry etc including raking out joints , hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
