S&F steel tubular swaged poles conforming to IS-2713, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws, type 410 SP-31 (9 m long) and including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting with 03 Nos of black colour strip and 02 Nos of yellow colour strip of 30 cm height each alternatively from top of plinth block and numbering of poles including taking down existing poles complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs for cable route indicator for LT UG cable, 1100 Volt grade made out of 4mm thick MS sheet in round shape of dia not less than 200mm, embossed with LT Cable on it, bolted with 2 nut of suitable size at top of 40 x 6 mm MS flat iron of length not less than 1 meter, complete metal surfaces painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & bottom of flat iron embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 200mm x 200mm x 500mm (400mm below ground level and 100mm above ground level), exposed surface of concrete painted with 3 coats of white wash including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing loop in loop out junction box, disconnecting the cable connections and refixing the same loop in loop out junction box with new cable connections including providing new set of aluminium lugs / thimbles of size 10 to 35 sqmm (as reqd) for 3.5/4 core existing LT cabe of any type, necessary insulation with tape, clamps for fixing of cables, fittings and fixtures, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connection of defective / burnt out UG LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch / DB / Junction boxe / LT Panels, excavating, taking out the required length of existing cable from loop, cutting the defective portion of cable old termination at end, providing new aluminium thimbles / lugs of suitable size and reconnecting the same with existing location and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks Note :- The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

M&L preparation of old painted surface of existing 9 m long old steel poles with connected cross arms, cable protection pipes, clamps, street light brackets etc, and including applying one coat of aluminium paint on complete height of the pole and painting with 03 Nos of black colour strip and 02 Nos of yellow colour strip of 30 cm height each alternatively, writing pole details & applying one coat of white wash on pole coping complete all as specified and directed.
