Wet Well sinking gravel including all pumping,soring etc., complete in all respect

From spring level to 3.00 mtr. Depth Below spring level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

From spring level to 3.00 metre to 6.00 metre depth. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

From spring level to 6.00 metre to 9.00 metre depth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Steel work in single seciton including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying priming coat in RS joints, channels, angles and tee etc within all leads and lifts as per direcstion of E-in-charge

Lowering of well crub complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer-in -Charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, and the like floor etac upto 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction of E-in-charge..arge.

Column.pillar & post upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying no fine concrete work 1:4(1cement: 4 graded stone aggregate ) excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

In vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like i/c entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S.R masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth racking out joint in CM 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Above NSL/GL complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster on rough sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:3 (1cement:3sand) complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg., 40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Ist. class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron man hole cover 500mm internal dia meter including frames weighting 116 kgs (The weight of cover 58 kg and the weight frame 58 kg) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered ribbed non slip surface including fixing in structure with 200x200x100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement;3sand:6gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder/stone filling dry hand packed tightly complete under lean concrete to prevent the entry surface water complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
