Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in Soft/ loose soil etc for laying of cable complete as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete. and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry tibba sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose

Supply and lay un reinforced precast concrete cable covers Class LV,Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mmx 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, earth type cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core LT UG cable laid in trenches/through pipe/fixed along pole or in duct with necessary angle iron support,clamp,nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tube 50mm bore light grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete for road crossing /on wall/floor and crossing culvert or laid in floor. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and incl GI strip 25x4 mm and GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl PCC cover and , watering arrangement with GI pipe 20 mm dia and MS funnel, concrete pit incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete( Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing of GI steel water tubing 80 mm dia ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing , connecting and testing of 80 mm bore sluice valve, class PN- 1.6 flanged ends, with CI body, wheel and brass spindle and nuts etc, non rising type IS- 14846:2000 marked including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of valve pit chamber of size 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm ( internal dimension ) of brick masonry built in cement mortar (1:4). from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and MS frame made of angle iron of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with hinges, handle and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates , Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), including three coats of white wash on internal surfaces and external exposed surfaces , foundation concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates including necessary earthwork , returning filling , removal including demolition the existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 80mm bore for crossing the pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description & in any position such as in padding incl existing CM plaster and APP membrane over RCC roof slab & removal of rubbish outside the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 40 mm thick pcc type B 0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding in roof over and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg per sqm of cement complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering plastering in CM (1:4), on concrete surfaces, mix with WPC as per the manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid seperately.@3% by weight of cement

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing roof surfaces by cleaning wire brush, removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, and loose particles and wash the surface with wire brush and applying one coat primer with acrylic based chemical smart care damproofing by adding 30% water on the entire surface and allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs. Applying two coats smart care damproofing on the entire surface between the interval of 2-3 hrs air cure the surface for 12 hrs complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling using main tee of size 25x35x1.50mm & cross tee of size 25x35x1.50mm, aluminium anodized angle section 25x25x1.50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F supported hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to RCC roof slabs/iron truss by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels of 10mm thick with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 2mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete as specified and directed. (Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0 m in length and every turning/ corners).

M & L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement lime or cement mortar plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering of 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) over brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of Acrylic Emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item. No extra cost will be pay for all jams, chajjas, projection, etc

M&L for rendering of 05 mm thick in CM (1:3) over brick or concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and including cornices, pilasters, etc and applying three coats of white wash in ceilings all as specified & directed

M&L for preparing on newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of 1st grade quality over one coat of primer , in one or more tints and pattern (camouflage) as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted plastered surface of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping by vacuum based sanding machine and applying one coat of cement base paint of 1st grade quality, in one or more tints and pattern (camouflage) as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion old surface plastered or unplastered by vacuum based sanding machine and applying one coat of oil bound distemper by auto roller machine on old surfaces complete all as specified & directed

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified & directed
