Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core including cable cover & GI Tubing if any all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core including cable cover & GI Tubing if any all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of cables and erectioning of poles and getting out in Hard /Dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any soil all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009) for measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.)

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

S&F Tubes 150 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate).

M&L for Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Supply jointing connecting and testing, straight through joint, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable, LT 1100 Volts, aluminium conductor of 3.5 core, 120 to 150 Sqmm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 25/50 sqmm 3.5 core including cable cover & GI Tubing if any all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ON LOAD changeover switch 4 pole (I-O-II) of rating 63 Amps,415 Volts along with SS Enclosure complete.

Supply, install, testing in replacement and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 400 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet 75mm x 30mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish. Front and back opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shetter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal. The scope of work includes provision of the following :-

Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps, 36 KA, 415V - 01 Nos, (b) Bus bar (Aluminium) 400 Amp, 4 pole, for incoming supply 01 No Outgoing (a) MCCB TPN 63 amp 25 KA, 415 V 50 Hz - 03 Nos, (b) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 Nos, (c) MCCB 4 pole 40 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 Nos, (d) Existing cable (For various Bldg Supply cable of sizes) connect with busbar properly with suitable size copper Lug. (e) Digital panel meter showing KVAr, KW.Power factor, currevt phase voltage, line current including CTs and PTs. (f) Phase indication LED lamp one set.(Make:-Siemens/L&T/Telematic or Equivalent ISI marked).

Note :- (a) Quoted rate includes excavation, earth work and PCC work and connection & testing complete.(b) PCC 1:3:6 platform with angle iron frame for mounting LT panel 1.2m above ground level, all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (c) LT Panel should be mounted on platform of PCC (1:3:6) and supported by Angle sections complete all as directed by Engg-in- Charge.

.....all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. (ii)Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.
