Annual Routine Maintenance (Preventive) of 132KV Majra-Kulhal and 132KV Kulhal- Dhalipur Line

(A) Work of patrolling for one year of 132KV Majra-Kulhal and Kulhal-Dhalipur Transmission lines, tower to tower and submitting the patrolling report in prescribed Performa to Majra Sub-Division on quarterly basis in a year. Clearance of Patrolling Path by cutting & removing Trees/ bushes etc below the line & removing the same away from the 27 meter wide gallery. Checking Points are given as below:- 1. Position of disc insulator. 2. Identification and number of missing tower parts. 3. Dislocation of dampers. 4. Condition of the conductor and Earthwire. 5. Identification of week joints, deterioration of Jumpers, hot spot and clamps etc. 6. Position of tower foundationand Tower earthing. 7. Position of Danger plate, number plate and name plate. 8.Photography of Patrolling at each Tower. 9. Report submission byskilled Supervissor of Contractor (B) Lopping and chopping of trees and its branches near & under the gallery of 132 KV Majra Kulhal and Majra Laltappar Transmission lines by removing all branches & stems developing towards the line & removing the same from the 27 meter wide gallery of the line safely with rope for safety of line conductors and to minimise future trippings. (quarterly basis in a year). (QTY 47km X Frequency 4 = 188 km)

Note:- The Contractor will provide 06 persons team (01 number Supervisor, 02 numbers skilled lineman and 03 numbers semiskilled labour) along with 01 number Jeep at 132KV Substation Majra. All the required T&P and it's transporation will be arranged by the contractor. Contractor must be located within 05 Km from 132KV Substation Majra

Drone Patrolling(Videography of Line Gallary) including Thermography

Emergency Patrolling and Looping chopping of 132 KV Majra Kulhal and Kulhal Dhalipur line at the time of tripping.

SHUT DOWN/BREAK DOWN WORK

Attending Emergency Break Down /Replacement of damage/broken/puncture disc insulators of single/double tension fitting Or Snapped/burnt/defective jumper of ACSR Panther conductor Or OPGW/earthwire fittings, including dismantelling/ lowering down and again hoisting complete string of 132 KV Kulhal Dhalipur and Majra Kulhal line under 132 KV Subdivision Majra.

Replacement of broken/defective/snapped ACSR panther conductor by using new STF/DTF, mid span joint/repair sleeves Or earth wire/OPGW complete accessories by using new OPGW/earth wire of 7/9,7/10 SWG, complete work including De-stringing and Re-stringing of above 132 KV Line.
