Taking down old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) from PVC/matelic conduit,on surface wiring, on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators, sockets and defective main switch/DB/MCB/Metal plug etc. by unscrewing carefully from boards etc complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) with in and including PVC concealed conduit, 25mm dia having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with all fittings including anodise pressed steel sunken box having thickness not less than 2mm with 3mm bakelite laminated sheet ISI marked for switches and sockets , including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly in and including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface area and white wash /colour wash to matching with the existing colour and all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring to be carried out (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black, Half -Yellow, Earth- Green)

All as per srl item No 34 above but for 3 pin 5 amps independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for switch piano flush type one way 5 amps SP complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for switch piano flush type one way 15 amps SP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for socket 2 in 1,3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for switch socket combination 2 in 1,3 pin, 6 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceiling rose 65 x 50mm three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for lamp holder/batton holder/angle holder insulated body with back bakelite plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for LED lights batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver,complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size mounting on rectangular PVC black complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor shall produce LM 79 & LM 80 test report form OEM owned NABL accredited laboraory. (ii) Contractor shall give gurantee of complete fitting/ fixtures for minimum of 2 years form the date of completion. (iii) Contractor shall conduct the inspection of company representative at site before installation of fittings/fixtures at no extra cost. (iv) Contractor shall arrange 70% material at site for approval of GE before incorporation in the work.

S & F of sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door ,VTPN, 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & twelve out goings single phase )for MCCB & MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 16 KA=01 NO (for incoming ) (b) MCB SP 63 amps = 04 Nos (for outgoings) . Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series. (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost. (iii)connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble properly crimped. (iv) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) Double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly. (vi) cutting chasing shall be inclusive in the rate quoted.

(Two run of 4 sqmm plus one run 6 sqmm of earth wire will be measured as 1RM) Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring to be conducted (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black,Earth- Green).

Supply & fixing for submain wiring in and including PVC conduit 1.8 mm thick ,32 mm dia with two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of 10 sqmm(FRLS) and one run of PVC insulated,unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 10 sqmm (green in colour) for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with thimble etc including taking down old u/s submain wiring, complete all as specified and directed. (Two run of 10 sqmm plus one run 10 sqmm of earth wire will be measured as 1RM) Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring to be conducted. (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black,Earth- Green)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate No 5 all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh ,15mm thick pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations for stay/copings etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in trenches through pipe or under culvert of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm, 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel /bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating and taking down the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note – Necessary earthwork ,sand cushioning,brick protection etc shall be measured and paid under respective item of Sch.

Supply and laying in trenches through pipe or under culvert of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm, 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel /bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating and taking down the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note – Necessary earthwork ,sand cushioning,brick protection etc shall be measured and paid under respective item of Sch.

supply and fixing one twin core cable flat or circular 6sqmm 2 core, 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing one twin core cable flat or circular 10sqmm 2 core, 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as spd and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning for under ground cable upto 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 23 cm.The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I of 2009.( Punned thickness shall be considererd for payment)

Material and labour for old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt , laid dry flat for protection of cables complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm bore GI tubing light grade for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall, along the pole complete all as specified and directed .

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of sch of credit
