Note : (i) Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from taking down here-in-before shall be used after cleaning. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included new GI fittings.

Checking and attending to complaints of water leakage from bib taps,stop cock ,pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer ,angle valve ,concealed valve,shower rose , health faucet & jet , float valve , of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works not mentioned here in before used any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area,& requires plumbing including carrying out minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread(soot),Teflon tape,M-Seal, screws(any size), nails(any size) or any other material not mentioned here in before to make water supply/plumbing lines & fiittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/users under the jurisdiction of AGE B/R Note: (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from B/R-P complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made at Rs 50.00 per complaint per day from the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cm 1:4 as in half brick thick wall omplete all as specified including demolition of existing.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius, built in CM in 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition of existing.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on external surface in with WPC 3% by weight of cement including finishing fair & even all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water profing compound as per IS-2645 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed /rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes Complete all as specified.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exc 250 but n exc 500 ltrs & removing to stores complete all as specified.
