RENOVATION OF BHOGA MANDAP Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm to 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete. Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using Fly Ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors

Reinforced cemnet concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawing having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conduct in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25%) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting,lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, wateringand curring for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and remoing debrish from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge.

20mm (3/4") thick cement plaster (1:2:2) using 1 part cement 2 part sand and 2 part 4.75mm c.b.h.g. chips [Vide AR page-106/17] Bhoga Mandap/

12mm (½”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

16mm (5/8”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface of 9”/10” thick brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with cost with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) and using slurry treatment to ceiling including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Rigid and Smooth Centering and shuttering & Dismentering the same after casted including cost of material etc.complete.
