Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part-I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick Fixing with hinges of required size and necessary screws (Note: Hinges and necessary screws hall be paid separately) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Extra for providing vision panel not exceeding 0.1 sqm in all type of flushdoors (cost of glass excluded) (overall area of door shutter to be measured): Rectangular or square as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete: (Copper oxidized as per IS 1378). 250x16 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch with one dead bolt and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x10 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mixing with waterproofing compound and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), with fiber mesh joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm , mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One Coat or more coats as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.
