Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up (once in a month/A check) of the engine for the smooth functioning as per the manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

2. Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up ('B' check) Once in a six moth or 250 hrs whichever is earlier) of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the manufacturers instructions including items covered 'A' Check all as specified for the following DG Sets:-Note:- Engine oil & Cooolent will be measured and paid seperately.

(a) 62.5 KVA DG Set fof Make- Greaves, installed at old DGNP (V) Complex.

62.5 KVA DG Set fof Make- Kirloskar, installed at DDG& CE Complex at DGNP(V)

200 KVA DG Set with AMF Panel Make-Kirloskar at DGNP (V) New complex.

B' Check once in a Six month or 250 hrs whichever is earleier (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace fuel low lubricating oil filter element. (iii) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (iv) Replace the fuel filter element. (v) Check engine coolent. (vi) Replace hydraulic governer oil. (vii) Check the crank case breather. (viii) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine) Note:- Engine oil/Radiator coolant oil/spares will be paid seperately. Cost of labour for fixing the spares supplied and measured here-in-after included in the unit rate of the items.

Replacement of radiator/dynamo belt adjusting type as per sample complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs/servicing/caliberation of Dynamo of capacity 24V connected to DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA of any make/model including replacement of defective spare parts and wiring complete all as directed.

Replacement of control wiring cable kit and testing complete and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Air filter Oil bath type inner & outer and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
